Hot Pot Shabu Shabu Sdn Bhd ensure freshness of our food, hence, most of the items will be frozen when delivered. Please allow at least 1 hour for the food to thaw before cooking.

Transport Information

Free delivery charges for orders exceeding RM80. RM10 delivery charges for orders less than RM80. Delivery timing is between 10.00am to 8.00pm, while Hot Pot Shabu Shabu Sdn Bhd tries our best in ensuring punctuality; please understand as road conditions may severely affect our schedule. Recipients are advised to be readily available at pickup location within the delivery timing.

Self Collection

We'll send you a confirmation email containing your purchase details as soon as the order is registered by our system. Self-collection can be arranged between 10.00am to 5.00pm daily.

Cut off time

We recommend customers to place their orders at least 1 day in advance so that we can arrange our route. If you require urgent and last-min addition, please kindly call our hotline at 60182123933.

Mode of payment

Full deposit by bank transfers to one of our stated bank account number with the indication of invoice number. We will send a confirmation SMS to your mobile once receive.

Refund and return policy

We do not entertain any refunding or returning delivered purchased products.

Cancellation Policy

You may inform us 1 day in advance via email for any cancellation or reduction of food ordered. Any processing of refunds will be done on the next working day.
